SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING AREA
We currently ship within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico and Guam) or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses at this time.
U.S. SHIPPING
- Standard shipping: $4.95
- FREE standard shipping on orders of $50 or more
- Subscriptions always qualify for free U.S. shipping
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
PRE-ORDERS & LAUNCH WINDOWS
If a product is offered as a pre-order or with a special shipping window, the estimated shipping date shown on the product page and at checkout takes precedence over the standard timeline above.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Email hello@ruubyn.com with your order number as soon as possible — we can update the address any time before the order ships.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If tracking shows delivered but the package hasn't arrived, allow 48 hours, check with neighbors and your building's mail area, then email us — we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Email hello@ruubyn.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
